Jeff Raines

Owner and Executive Director

He is the heart and soul of GTX. He has been in the event industry since the 1980's. Through the years, he has seen the industry develop and stayed ahead of the trends. His eye for production has refined the standard of what a production company should be in the Greater Texas area. While he has numerous awards for his accomplishments in the industry, he focuses more on making sure GTX can exceed the clients’ expectations every time. Jeff loves GTX but his biggest pride and joy is his family.

Ruben Muniz

Logistics and Operations Director

Ruben has been the man that runs the show behind the scenes here at GTX since 2014. He has a degree in Audio and Recording Technology from Houston Community College as well as extensive experience in the industry. With his knowledge of the AV world, he makes sure that every event runs smoothly for our clients without missing a beat! When Ruben is not working, he is usually spending time with his family or volunteering for his church.

Alexander Perez

Technical Production Manager

Alex is GTX’s wild card! He has a bachelor's degree from the New England Institute of Art in Audio and Media Production. For over 15 years, he was heavily involved with studio recording. Alex’s passion for the industry fed his desire to continuously educate and elevate his knowledge for production! His choice projects now focus on video mapping but he genuinely enjoys all things video. Alex is known as our “MacGyver” to our clients because of his expertise. To date, his two favorite events GTX has produced were Rainbow on the Green by Pride Houston at Discovery Green and Buzbee Law Firm’s event showcasing Snoop Dogg! Alex enjoys exploring Houston while biking and creating his own music.

Johnny Aguirre

Sales and Production Manager

Johnny is the newest member to the GTX family! His reputation in the industry speaks for itself; high demand and extremely enthusiastic demeanor is what sets him apart from other production specialists. Johnny joined the audiovisual world in the beginning of 2018 and has taken it over by storm ever since. He is actively involved in the local community and industry! When he is not working, you will usually find him spending time with his family and friends (with a high chance of grilling!).

Juan Cardenas

Sales and Production Manager

Before emerging into the event industry, Juan received a Petrochemical Engineering certification from the The Ocean Corporation. Eventually he transitioned to the event industry and joined the GTX family in 2014. Since then, he has worked his way up to be known as the “go-to” guy in our industry. Outside of GTX, you can usually find Juan enjoying Houston with his kids doing anything from attending community festivals to Houston Texans sporting events!

Michael “Mike” Quijada

Video Production Specialist

Michael “Mike” has been with the GTX since the fall of 2018. Working full time for GTX, he is actively pursuing an audio engineering degree at the Art Institute of Houston. Mike is the man behind most, if not all, our graphic designs as well as cinematography. With an eye for media, he elevates our clients events to the next level. We are excited to see him strive towards his passions while at GTX! When Mike is not at GTX or in class, he enjoys going to local festivals and craft breweries.

Moises Alarcon

Audio Production Specialist

Moises is GTX’s youngest and brightest resource. He has been providing audio services and gaining production experience for non-profit organizations since 2014. His passion for this industry has lead him to contract with various venues as their lead audio engineer. Moises’s choice gigs are touring shows and concerts. His favorite GTX event to date was ExxonMobil’s company celebration with the DANNY RAY and the ACOUSTIC PRODUCTIONS. Moises like to drum in his downtime or hanging out with his friends and family.
